I want to change the lighting behavior on the second floor when anyone is sleeping in the master bedroom. Or, perhaps, just when anyone is sleeping at all.

The gist is, I want the upstairs lights to use the lighting settings from after "goodnight" is run, if someone is sleeping before that.

After we implement #175 we can tweak the Master Bedroom Wakeup script to be a bit simpler. That will also help with implementing this.
