Describe your request

It may be that not all windows (for example the front porch windows) would need to be close if it is only raining lightly. So perhaps, if those are the only windows open, we could inhibit the alert if the precip intensity is only "very light", or perhaps even "light", but play it if ANY windows are open at "moderate" or "heavy" rainfall intensities.
