Describe your request

Further information here, it appears that attempting to migrate the existing config will go quite poorly. So I will have to probably rewrite some other things that rely on these entities, but disruption should be minimal.

  • Remove HACS integration
  • Setup HA Core integration
  • Adjust entity IDs wherever needed
  • Adjust Grafana for new entities

Just kidding, no Grafana fix needed, it takes Uptime Kuma metrics straight from Prometheus, no Home Assistant in the middle like I thought.

Everything else is fixed.
