[Bug]: Basement always occupied when Kallen uses his computer #254

What happened?

Even if the computer is being used remotely, there is no logic to mark the room unoccupied as there is with mine.

I may need to use a combination of MQTT stats and motion to accomplish this, as he sometimes also uses his laptop downstairs. This is different from me, because if I am downstairs I am more or less always at my desk.
