If the scene changes from day to evening is one scenario where I've noticed it always happens. But there are other times as well.

Issue on other lights appears to have been caused by Hue switches sending their own turn_on events and causing Adaptive Lighting to go into manual control. Working on a fix for Tina's desk lights now.
