Adaptive lighting issues in bedrooms at night #129

Sometimes when we turn on a light in a bedroom (master bedroom and E's bedroom that I've noticed, at least), the lights come on at full brightness rather than the appropriate adaptive brightness. Resetting them to adaptive works fine. Would obviously prefer it just worked without doing that.

I think I've narrowed it down to the skip_redundant_commands option. Have disabled that in all rooms, and will monitor for a while longer.

In addition, I adjusted brightness curves so we'll monitor that as well.
